这个卫塞月很欢喜，因为我们“念念有慈“，还要“慈“之以恒！

慈心，巴利文称Metta, 是希望带给众生快乐欢喜的意思，也泛指慈爱。

今年五月的佛陀日庆典，有疫情同在，大家内心不免潜藏着丝丝的担忧和不自在。让我们一起散播慈爱的讯息，让线上的朋友看到、感染到慈心欢喜！

用最创意的方式，表达所指定的其中一个字句，就能赢得奖品哦！

🧡 活动目的 🧡
1. 在人人划手机的时代，通过活动，让更多人看到、觉察到、接触到“慈心“或“Metta” 这个概念。
2. 让五月的网络和社交媒体世界，重复出现 “慈爱” 或 “Metta” 这个字眼。
3. 宣扬佛陀对于慈心的教导。

🧡 如何参加 🧡
Step 1: 用你的方式，以图片、视频或照片的形式，表达以下其中一个字句：
• 念念有慈
• 慈心
• Metta
• Loving-kindness
注意：作品里面必须含有以上其中一句字眼。

Step 2: 把作品Po上你的社交媒体账号（Facebook或Instagram，或两者皆可），然后
i) hashtag #SABSMetta
ii) hashtag #BuddhaDay2021
iii) tag 我们的

注意：Po 文的隐私设定必须没为公开（Public），这样我们才能看到哦！

This month of Wesak is a very happy month because we need to “remember to practise loving-kindness,” and persevere in the “loving-kindness”.

Loving-kindness or “Metta” in Pali, means the wish to bring happiness to all living beings. It also refers to love and kindness in general.

In the month of May this year, we celebrate the Buddha Day in the midst of a pandemic, thus there’s unavoidably feelings of worry and uncomfortableness lingering in our minds. Let us spread the message of kindness so that our online friends can see and be infectious with kindness and joy!

Express one of the given phrases in your most creative way and stand a chance to win a prize!

🧡 Objectives 🧡
1. In the era where everyone is always on their mobile phones, we hope that more people can see, notice, and be aware of the concept of “Metta” through this campaign.
2. Let the words “loving-kindness” and “Metta” appear repeatedly online and on social media platforms in the month of May.
3. Promote the Buddha’s teaching on loving-kindness.

🧡 How to Participate 🧡
Step 1: Express one of the following phrases in your own way – in the form of a picture / video / photo:
• 念念有慈
• 慈心
• Metta
• Loving-kindness
Note: One of the above phrases must appear in your submitted artwork.

Step 2: Post your artwork on your social media account (Facebook or Instagram, or both), then
i) hashtag #SABSMetta
ii) hashtag #BuddhaDay2021
iii) tag us at

Note: Please make sure to set the privacy setting of your post to “Public”, so that we can view it!
