Carol Kwok is currently a Chartered Accountant, who graduated from the University of Malaya back in 1992. She was born in a Buddhist family and has been trying to understand Buddhism since a very young age. She practices Theravada Vipassana Meditation since 2001 by spending a fortnight every year in an intensive meditation retreat. In 2013, she discovered the deep wisdom in Mahayana and thereafter, merged both the Theravada and Mahayana practices under 5PAT.
